Learn yoga poses to improve your general fitness and resilience. Weather you are preparing for a new sporting routine or looking for a way to reduce injuries in your existing routine, you will find the poses and sequence aid you in achieving your fitness goals.
The day wise plan for the sessions are below:
3rd Jan, Day one – Yoga for skaters (improve balance and stability)
4th Jan, Day two – Yoga for wrestlers (improve core strength)
5th Jan, Day three – Yoga for the full body (sequence to workout the entire body)
6th Jan, Day four – Yoga for winners (asanas to improve posturing)
7th Jan, Day five – Yoga for life (routines involving breathing techniques, meditation and asanas)
All sessions will being at 6am in the morning and last for about 45 mins.
The meetings will take place on zoom and the link will be mailed on successful registration and receipt of payment.
