The entrance exam that determines your admission to a public Studienkolleg.
Assesses whether you have the language skills and foundational knowledge to succeed in the demanding Studienkolleg curriculum.
Two parts: a German language test (60-90 min) and a subject-specific test (45-60 min) based on your chosen course track.
Limited seats available. Applicants are ranked by score: the higher you score, the better your chances of admission.
The exam tests both your German proficiency and subject knowledge.

Only required for T, M and W courses. G and S courses take an extended German test instead:
