Shipping Policy
We don't undertake shipping. Products have to be picked up from an agreed pickup point on the campus which will be provided on the product page. Services are often delivered virtually online.
Refund Policy
Refund for events before the day of the event will be processed within a fortnight. Component of price absorbed by platform provider and payment provider cannot be refunded and this often result in the refunded amount being lesser than the paid amount. However, if the original order was paid for full in cash the same amount would be processed for refund without an deductions.
We are at the moment constrained to issue refund of products purchased from our store. All refund requests within 7 days of purchase will be individually assessed.
