Jan 8, Saturday- 1800 hrs: Aloo Paratha (Potato stuffed in Indian pan bread)
Jan 9, Sunday- 1800 hrs: Vegetarian Pulao (Vegatable with aromatic rice and spices)
Jan 15, Saturday- 1800 hrs: Palak Paneer with butter rice (Spinach and cottage cheese with butter rice)
Jan 16 Sunday- 1800 hrs: Gajar Halwa (Carrot dessert in Mughalai sytle)
Additionally get a copy of the recipe book for the above dishes after the completion of the course.
